About the Aquila 35 Sport
The new Aquila 35 Sport is a compact power catamaran distinct from the two-cabin 36 Sport, combining double-stepped hulls with an open layout designed for entertaining and active days on the water. CatamaranWorld buyers seeking versatile day boating with overnight capability will find one private cabin and a dedicated head.
Below deck, the standard arrangement is a single private double cabin with a queen berth and a private wet head with shower; no alternative cabin plan is identified. This makes the boat a couple’s weekender rather than a multi-cabin cruiser, while the bow seating, wet bar, convertible aft seating and storage support day use with a larger social group. Optional lithium-powered climate control may extend comfort.
At the helm, multiple forward-facing seats, a low dashboard and a variable-position wheel are intended to preserve sightlines and keep companions together. The open deck adds folding bulwarks, a central transom passage and power-sliding U-shaped seating that can widen either side walkway. As a power catamaran, it has no sailing rig; twin Mercury Verado V8 300 hp outboards are standard, while V10 400 hp units are optional.
When reviewing actual listings, match each advertised boat or build slot to a signed equipment schedule, because the optional engines, lithium climate package, roof racks and cockpit shade can materially change price and use. The Aquila 36 Sport provides separate twin-cabin accommodation, while the 35 favors a single private suite and reconfigurable deck space; buyers planning to host two sleeping parties should weigh that distinction before ordering.
