Stewardess: Dunja Bobic After working and sailing the Mediterranean, Dunja crossed to the other side of the Atlantic and has been looking after guests on Relentless since 2025. Captain: Jordache Kirsten Jordache has spent the past eight years working at sea, including six years on sailing catamarans and the last three based in the Caribbean. His experience has taken him from the Cape coastline to Mozambique, Zanzibar, Australia, Fiji, and across the Atlantic, including a three-week passage from Cape Town to Sint Maarten. Commercially endorsed to operate sailing yachts up to 24m / 200GT, Jordache takes safety seriously while keeping life on board relaxed and enjoyable. He is equally at home with guests looking for active sailing, snorkeling and hidden bays as he is with those who prefer long lunches, swimming and slower days on the water. When he’s not at sea, Jordache enjoys spending time with his two nieces in the UK or exploring somewhere new. Chef: Justyna Dzeil Justyna’s love for the sea began in childhood, growing from small boats into ocean voyages across the Mediterranean and Caribbean. She loves the simple beauty of life at sea — the wind, the rhythm of the waves, and the freedom of exploring new horizons. Her love for food naturally goes hand in hand with her love for sailing. She enjoys working with fresh, local ingredients and discovering different cultures through their food, bringing those experiences and flavors into her cooking. Justyna is also a certified hypnotherapist with a passion for holistic well-being. For her, sailing, food, travel, and well-being are all part of the same lifestyle — staying curious, connected, and enjoying the experiences along the way.
