About the 49M Sunreef Power

The 49M Sunreef Power is a planned tri-deck power catamaran conceived as a bespoke project rather than a fixed production layout. Its 16.85-metre beam supports the design’s central purpose: separating private accommodation, guest gathering areas, and operational zones across a broad platform while retaining the expansive character expected of a large multihull.

Bespoke accommodation has been proposed for up to 10 guests, with separate crew units, but buyers should treat the arrangement as a design choice rather than a standard plan. More private suites can reduce shared lounge or service space, while larger social areas may place greater pressure on discreet circulation, so door positions, stairways, pantries, and crew routes deserve close review.

The helm should be evaluated as part of the complete tri-deck workflow, including sightlines, communication with deck teams, and access during docking. Current reference equipment uses diesel propulsion, while an Eco alternative has also been proposed; tender and water-toy storage, crane reach, launch clearances, and guest movement should be resolved together before machinery and deck plans are settled.

A key purchase decision is whether to prioritise maximum private accommodation or easier crew, service, and tender circulation across the levels. Ask CatamaranWorld for the latest proposed general arrangement and equipment schedule, then check them against the actual yacht if one is offered, or against the build specification, weight study, crane plan, and signed contract for a new project.
