Built in 2023, this 48’ Dufour catamaran is thoughtfully designed for effortless cruising, blending elegant living spaces with a balanced layout that creates a natural flow between the flybridge, cockpit, foredeck, and salon. Twin stairways lead to a spacious flybridge with plush seating, broad sunpads, and a protective bimini, while two expansive sunbathing areas at the bow offer inviting spots to soak up the sea breeze and panoramic views. The aft cockpit feels like an open-air living room, complete with a teak dining table for eight, multiple lounging areas, and a built-in gas plancha for relaxed alfresco meals. Large portholes and a fully opening salon door flood the bright interior with natural light, seamlessly connecting the cockpit to the open-plan salon and ergonomic galley. Wide wraparound windows complete the airy, contemporary atmosphere. Accommodating up to 8 guests, she offers 4 queen cabins, each with a private ensuite, generous storage, and excellent natural light and ventilation. Chef/First Mate: Sandra “Sandy” Ochoa Chef Sandra “Sandy” Ochoa Raised in Key West, Florida, Chef Sandra “Sandy” Ochoa discovered her passion for hospitality at just 14 years old, inspired by the way food brings people together across cultures and backgrounds. At 19, she relocated to Maui, Hawaii, where she trained under several accomplished chefs while expanding her culinary knowledge. Her experience at a zero-waste vegetarian restaurant strengthened her ability to create flavorful menus for vegan, gluten-free, celiac, and other specialized dietary needs without compromising creativity or taste. Most recently, Sandy served as Head Chef at a renowned speakeasy-style raw bar in Charleston, South Carolina, where she refined her approach to fresh seafood, coastal cuisine, and innovative presentation. Her connection to the ocean extends beyond the kitchen. After spending time living aboard a 30-foot monohull in her late teens, Sandy developed a love for yacht life and the challenge of creating exceptional meals in a compact galley. Inspired by tropical ingredients and coastal flavors, Sandy brings warmth, creativity, and adaptability to every meal. Her thoughtful approach and passion for hospitality help create dining experiences that become lasting highlights of every charter.
