Chef: Sotiris Vlachos Chef Sotiris Vlachos is a passionate and dedicated culinary professional with experience in both high-paced restaurant kitchens and yachting environments. Specializing in Mediterranean and Greek cuisine, he focuses on fresh ingredients and creative presentation to deliver flavorful, well-balanced dishes tailored to guests’ preferences. Having progressed from junior roles to Head Chef positions, Sotiris brings strong skills in menu planning, provisioning, and kitchen management. He has a solid background in à la carte service, grill cuisine, and team supervision, combined with excellent organization and HACCP knowledge. His experience also includes onboard service, making him well-adapted to the demands and pace of life at sea. He is known for his positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to continuous improvement, always aiming to create a memorable dining experience for guests.
