THE CATHOUSE is a 2020 Fountaine Pajot Ipanema 58 flagship catamaran designed for spacious, breezy cruising through the Bahamas and Florida Keys. Oversized windows throughout the salon and cabins fill the interior with natural light, while the generous layout creates an easy connection between indoor comfort and outdoor living. Her expansive 270 sq. ft. cockpit blends lounge seating, dining, and a sheltered daybed for quiet afternoons with a book or cocktail. Above, the flybridge offers separate areas for relaxing and navigation, with port and starboard stair access, a sunbed, and protected helm station. Accommodating up to 8 guests, THE CATHOUSE offers 4 queen guest cabins. A separate king cabin is reserved for the crew/owners. Spacious, relaxed, and thoughtfully arranged for group travel, THE CATHOUSE brings big-boat comfort to every island adventure.

Both raised in Florida and deeply connected to life on the water, they have built their careers around vessel care, deliveries, charter operations, and full-time cruising throughout the Bahamas and Central America. Tanner’s calm leadership and broad technical experience pair naturally with Selina’s attentive service, organization, and hands-on vessel support. Together, they create a welcoming, well-managed experience where guests can relax knowing every detail is being thoughtfully handled. Captain: William "Tanner" Dixon Captain William “Tanner” Dixon Captain Tanner brings a lifetime of hands-on marine experience and a genuine passion for life on the water. Raised around the waters of Florida, he began building his skills at a young age through work in mechanics, fiberglass repair, detailing, vessel management, and boat deliveries. Tanner holds a USCG 100-Ton Master License with towing endorsement, along with CPR and First Aid certifications. His professional background includes work with TowBoatUS, private and commercial vessel deliveries, charter operations, and management across a wide range of boat types. He has also spent years living and cruising full time, exploring destinations throughout the Bahamas and Central America. That experience has strengthened both his practical seamanship and his understanding of what it takes to keep a vessel operating smoothly in varied conditions. Known for his strong work ethic, steady presence, and broad technical knowledge, Tanner takes pride in both the labor and lifestyle of working aboard. His confidence, capability, and love for sailing help create a safe, relaxed, and welcoming experience for every guest. Stewardess: Salina Madden Stewardess Selina Madden Stew Selina brings a warm, attentive presence aboard, supported by more than ten years of experience in service, vessel care, and life on the water. Her background includes hospitality, vessel management, marine detailing, boater safety, and marine-grade sewing. Selina’s experience spans washing and detailing, canvas and sewing work, vessel support, deliveries, and charter operations across a variety of boat types. She has also spent years living and cruising full time throughout the Bahamas and Central America, gaining a practical understanding of both guest service and day-to-day life aboard. Her strong work ethic, organization, and attention to detail make her a valuable presence both on deck and below. Whether assisting guests, supporting charter operations, maintaining an inviting interior, or helping keep the vessel running smoothly, Selina approaches each task with care and professionalism. Her welcoming nature and commitment to thoughtful service help ensure guests feel comfortable, cared for, and able to enjoy every part of the charter experience.
