This passion led him to a professional career at sea, where he's built a solid track record navigating the Mediterranean, Red Sea, and Caribbean. Marco holds the Officer of the Watch Yachts <3000 GT and has an extensive background in yacht deliveries, having sailed over 40,000 miles across a variety of waters. His career has also taken him around the world, he’s lived in more than ten countries, embracing new cultures and building a truly global perspective. As a captain, Marco values not just the journey, but the people he shares it with. He brings creativity, precision, and a deep love for fresh ingredients to every dish he prepares. His dishes are sophisticated and well-thought-out, often showcasing a perfect blend of global flavors and artistic presentation. Onboard Joy, he tailors menus to suit every guest’s preferences, including dietary restrictions and special occasions. Guests often comment on how his warm personality adds to the welcoming atmosphere on board. Whether it’s an elegant dinner under the stars or a casual focaccia night, William crafts unforgettable culinary moments. With a background in the medical and luxury goods sectors, her journey led her from the pearl of the jewelry world to the seashell, marking her graceful entrance into yachting. She has worked recently as stewardess aboard a 44M M/Y in Greece and a S/Y 24M in the Balearics. Fahda combines her passion for hospitality with a natural sense of warmth and professionalism. She thrives on delivering exceptional service, creating a relaxed atmosphere for guests, and supporting her team with care and precision ENGINEER-DECK: Donovan COPE British/Irish STCW95 - Aeronautical Engineering Diploma – Level 3 9 years experienced Language: English Meet our engineer, a true adventurer who brings a world of experience from the French Polynesia, Holland, and the Mediterranean right to Sailing Yacht Joy! With a solid background working on both sailing and motor vessels, he’s as comfortable in the engine room as he is out exploring the wild. He’s got a genuine love for nature and adventure, and you’ll often find him in the water, ready to assist guests with all the fun water toys on board. He’s known for his easy-going nature and positive attitude, making sure that both the vessel and the vibes stay in top shape.
