He honed his hospitality skills working in high-end establishments in East Hampton and Montauk, NY, and later earned his captain’s credentials, launching a full-time career on the water. His journey has taken him from flotilla charters in Greece and Croatia to term charters throughout the Virgin Islands. Gordon is known for his calm confidence, thoughtful leadership, and genuine care for his guests. Whether he’s navigating to a secluded bay, sharing stories over cocktails, or helping plan the perfect island adventure, he brings a relaxed yet professional energy to every charter. Today, she brings that same spirit to the Caribbean scene. Anita’s culinary style is vibrant, fresh, deeply personal, and creative. She is the heart of the yacht, where her dishes reflect both her roots and her travels, always crafted with creativity and love. With her approachable nature and dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere, Anita ensures every guest feels at home from the moment they step aboard.
