His career spans prestigious Michelin-starred environments, luxury hotels, exclusive villas, and premium hospitality projects across Spain, France, Australia, and Vietnam. Known for his adaptability, professionalism, and calm approach under pressure, Pere delivers refined culinary experiences tailored to each guest’s preferences and lifestyle. His cuisine blends Mediterranean roots with international influences, offering everything from elegant fine dining to relaxed family-style menus.
