Throughout his career, he has held several Head Chef and Sous Chef positions, developing a versatile cooking style with a strong Mediterranean influence and international experience. Since 2026, he has also been working as a Yacht Chef, bringing his hospitality background into the yachting environment. Friendly, active and hands-on, Stamatis combines his passion for cooking with a strong service-oriented approach, making him a valuable Cook/Host who is attentive to guests and their onboard experience.
