Melissa's yachting experience includes two seasons aboard the 85-meter private yacht as Crew/Sous Chef, where she refined her culinary skills while working within the exacting standards of the superyacht industry. She later transitioned to a combined Chef/Stewardess role aboard a 28-metre motor yacht, gaining valuable experience delivering both exceptional cuisine and personalized guest service.
