His career has included commanding both sailing catamarans and motor yachts, as well as completing challenging offshore and transatlantic yacht deliveries that have strengthened his seamanship and problem-solving abilities. Beyond the helm, Dominik's background as a marine technician, rigger, and assistant dock manager has given him a thorough understanding of vessel systems, maintenance, and fleet readiness. Whether preparing a yacht for a major passage or ensuring every detail is operating flawlessly during a charter, he approaches every voyage with professionalism and attention to detail. Before pursuing yachting full time, Dominik built a successful career in luxury hospitality aboard prestigious cruise lines and at one of Croatia's premier hotels. Those experiences naturally developed his guest service skills, allowing him to create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Earlier training at the Police Academy further instilled the discipline, resourcefulness, and calm decision-making that continue to serve him well at sea. Chef/First Mate: Rebeka Dokl Chef Rebeka Dokl Chef Rebeka Dokl combines a strong hospitality background with a passion for creating fresh, beautifully presented cuisine that brings people together. After gaining valuable experience with renowned hospitality brands and working in pastry, front office operations, and guest experience, Rebeka discovered her passion for life at sea. Over the past several seasons, she has worked as a yacht chef in the British Virgin Islands, where she has refined her culinary style while creating memorable dining experiences for guests from around the world. Rebeka enjoys designing personalized menus that reflect each guest's tastes, dietary preferences, and special requests. Whether preparing vibrant tropical breakfasts, elegant dinners, or relaxed family-style lunches, she believes that every meal should be as enjoyable as the destination itself. Her menus are thoughtfully adapted to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, and other dietary lifestyles, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. With a background in tourism, a genuine love of hospitality, and a creative approach to cooking, Rebeka brings warmth, flexibility, and attention to detail to every charter.
