Click each crew profile to learn more about their background, experience, and personal story. Captain: Christian Perez Captain Christian Perez Captain Christian Perez has always had a restless spirit and a deep connection to the water. Growing up between the Virgin Islands and Utah, he was fortunate to experience two very different landscapes that shaped his adventurous outlook on life—from the Caribbean Sea to the mountains of the American West. From an early age, he developed a passion for exploring new places, learning new skills, and embracing every opportunity for adventure. That passion naturally led him to a career on the water. Now with five years of experience as a professional captain, Christian spends his days doing what he enjoys most—sharing the beauty of the Virgin Islands with guests Outside of yachting, Christian is an avid diver, freediver, surfer, climber, snowboarder, and traveler. He is a U.S. Coast Guard 100-Ton Licensed Captain, PADI Divemaster, certified freediver, snowboard instructor, and STCW-qualified mariner. He also enjoys documenting his adventures through underwater photography, drone footage, and videography. While adventure plays a major role in his life, Christian's greatest inspiration is his family. As a husband and father to a young daughter, he values making the most of every opportunity while continuing to grow both personally and professionally. As captain, Christian wants guests to experience far more than a day on a boat. Whether exploring a secluded cove, snorkeling vibrant reefs, learning something new, or simply enjoying a beautiful cruise through the islands, he strives to create an atmosphere where guests feel safe, comfortable, and free to embrace the adventure. For Christian, every charter is an opportunity to connect with people, share the beauty of the Virgin Islands, and create memories that last long after the journey ends. Chef/First Mate: Jasmine "Jazz" Brady Chef Jasmine "Jazz" Brady Chef Jasmine "Jazz" Brady grew up in the coastal community of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, where life around the water and family days spent boating helped inspire her love of hospitality and the outdoors. Whether hiking, traveling, experimenting with new baking and pastry recipes, or enjoying time on the water, she has always embraced opportunities to explore and create. Jazz graduated from Johnson & Wales University Charlotte in December 2025, earning an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Industry Management. Her culinary training included a focus on butchery, giving her valuable skills that pair especially well with guests who enjoy fishing and freshly prepared seafood. Before entering the yachting industry, Jazz refined her skills as a Chef de Partie at two of Charlotte's top-rated Italian restaurants, where she developed a strong appreciation for quality ingredients, classic techniques, and beautifully prepared dishes. She later completed the prestigious Anchor & Apron Yacht Chef Training program in Mallorca, Spain, before gaining onboard experience aboard a Lagoon 45 sailing catamaran. Holding STCW certification along with ServSafe Food Manager and FDRP certifications, Jazz is excited to begin her first charter season, bringing fresh ideas, creativity, and enthusiasm to every meal she prepares. She looks forward to creating delicious, thoughtfully crafted menus that become a memorable part of each guest's time aboard while continuing to grow her culinary journey on the water.
