His friendly, professional approach ensures that every charter is not just smooth and safe - but truly special, tailored to what guests need to relax and enjoy the journey. Deckhand/stew Kai Kleiner Kai is a hardworking and friendly deckhand with solid experience on luxury sailing catamarans. Known for his positive attitude, reliability, and strong team spirit, he ensures guests feel welcome and well looked after from the moment they step aboard. With a keen eye for detail and a genuine love for life at sea, Kai helps create smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable charter experiences. Chef Alex Koumaris is a highly skilled professional chef with over 13 years of culinary experience, including four years aboard luxury catamarans. Raised on the island of Milos, his cuisine is deeply inspired by the sea, his travels, and the essence of Greek hospitality. Trained in fine dining and Japanese cuisine, Alex brings together refined technique, creativity, and a strong emotional connection to food. His cooking reflects an adventurous spirit and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional, memorable dining experiences tailored to each guest.
