Regal Boats

Crafting luxury sport boats, express cruisers, center consoles, and mid-sized motor yachts has been the operational focus of this family-owned boatbuilder for over half a century. Operating from a dedicated manufacturing and design headquarters in Orlando, Florida, the organization develops recreational power vessels engineered for offshore performance, coastal day cruising, and watersports. Through continuous evolution in naval architecture and propulsion integration, the builder pairs proprietary hull geometries with sophisticated marine electronics and precision-crafted structural components.

At the core of the builder's hull construction is their patented FasTrac hull design, an engineered stepped-bottom configuration intended to optimize airflow beneath the running surface to reduce drag and increase fuel efficiency. This engineering focus extends to fiberglass and gelcoat repair standards, vacuum-infusion composite molding, and high-tensile stringer systems engineered to withstand demanding sea conditions. Technicians and naval architects coordinate closely to maintain strict dimensional tolerances, ensuring that gelcoat finishes, laminate thicknesses, and structural bulkheads meet stringent structural certifications.

Beyond fiberglass structural design, vessel manufacturing requires complete marine electrical and electronics integration, along with sophisticated propulsion setup. Whether configuring sterndrive systems from Volvo Penta or multi-rig outboard configurations from Yamaha and Mercury, their production line incorporates complex yacht engineering systems. Technicians install digital switching architectures, joystick docking controls, multi-function glass cockpit displays, and marine wiring harnesses routed to prevent moisture intrusion and electrical degradation. Comprehensive boat repair and maintenance protocols guide certified technicians and authorized dealers in troubleshooting onboard systems, power generation units, and digital networks.

Interior amenities and topside accommodations receive equal technical consideration. Production teams fabricate custom marine canvas, covers, and upholstery in-house, utilizing high-grade marine vinyl, UV-stabilized threading, and antimicrobial foam cores built to endure intense sun and saltwater spray exposure. Helm ergonomics, convertible transom seating, hardtops, and cabin layouts are assembled with precision hardware to withstand offshore vibration. The builder's dealer network also supports owners with routine boat mechanics and engine repair, scheduled maintenance cycles, and component replacements across North America and international waterways.

Tracing its roots back to 1969, the company remains guided by the Kuck family across generations, maintaining independent operational autonomy rare in modern boatbuilding conglomerates. By managing engineering, composite tooling, electrical assembly, and final water testing within Central Florida, the manufacturer ensures a cohesive approach from initial hull design through after-sales support. As recreational boating embraces higher integration of digital vessel management, electrification, and modern hydrodynamics, the Orlando-based builder continues to supply versatile day boats and coastal cruisers tailored to the evolving demands of boat owners worldwide.
