Miller Boatworks

Miller Boatworks is a marine service business in Herbster, WI. Their listed services on Boatwork are Fiberglass & Gelcoat Repair, Boat Repair & Maintenance, and Marine & Yacht Painting. Their work centers on surface finishing and protective coatings for boats, using systems designed to hold up in both saltwater and freshwater conditions.

Marine and yacht painting is a main focus. The business is described as a distribution and technical resource for Alexseal coatings, and it works alongside the educational outreach of Boatworks Today. Their materials support professional refinishers as well as boat owners who prefer to do the work themselves.

One area of emphasis is roll-applied coating systems. Owners taking on topside restoration, hull refinishing, or smaller cosmetic updates often find it hard to get a high-gloss finish without extensive spray equipment. Miller Boatworks supplies and supports systems that produce a professional-grade result without tipping or a high-pressure spray booth.

Their approach to boat repair and maintenance rests on preparation. Refinishing a hull or cabin top calls for careful surface preparation, compatible primers, and properly measured application. Their team draws on real-world workshop and boatyard testing to help coatings cure correctly, keep their chemical resistance, and withstand long-term ultraviolet exposure. That guidance applies whether the project is a classic center console, a cruising sailboat, or routine topside care.

Orders and technical questions are handled with this hands-on experience in mind. The business serves customers across the continental United States through online fulfillment, which links practical marine craftsmanship with the materials needed to complete a job.

Google reviewers give Miller Boatworks a 5-star rating based on four reviews. Customers consistently name Andy Miller as a superior craftsman in boat repair who does the job right and does not take shortcuts. Vessel owners express high confidence in his workmanship and recommend his services.
