Central Kentucky Sonar

Central Kentucky Sonar is a marine electronics business based in Nicholasville, Kentucky, serving boat owners and anglers in the central Kentucky area. Their focus is marine electronics sales, installation, and training, with a particular emphasis on helping anglers get more out of their sonar and fish finders.

The business grew out of the owner's own experience. He started fishing as a kid, bluegill fishing with his dad and younger brother, and later found that weekend trips in his first boat left little time to learn his electronics. He didn't know where to go or who to ask for help. Central Kentucky Sonar was started so other boaters would have somewhere to turn, and their approach centers on hands-on teaching so customers learn to use their sonar and electronics themselves, not just have them mounted on the boat.

For boat owners looking for a fishing electronics installer, a sonar dealer, or someone to teach them to read their screens, Central Kentucky Sonar offers equipment sales, installation, and one-on-one instruction. The website also has an estimates page for requesting pricing. The site does not list specific electronics brands, boat types, or an established year.
