Aqua Traction of North Florida

Aqua Traction of North Florida is a marine flooring business based in Jacksonville, FL. Their listing on Boatwork falls under Synthetic Decking & Flooring, and their work centers on installing synthetic decking and traction surfaces on boats.

The business serves owners of fishing boats, yachts and sailing boats. Their materials include EVA foam decking systems, marine-grade traction mats and non-slip coatings. These are used to replace or cover slippery fiberglass and gel coat surfaces, and to offer an alternative to traditional teak on yachts. Their team also works with powerboats and center consoles in the North Florida coastal region.

Aqua Traction handles the job from start to finish. The process includes professional measurement, custom design, precision cutting and installation. Customers on Google specifically mention the team's precise digital measuring, which is the first step in fitting decking to the contours of a particular vessel. The team fits the decking around existing deck hardware, hatches and drainage systems.

Aqua Traction of North Florida holds a 4.9 rating on Google from 50 reviews. Reviewers repeatedly praise the quality of the marine flooring installation and the product itself. Many describe the team as professional, and several note that installations were completed on time, as promised.

Boat owners also comment on the decking itself. Reviewers say it is easy to clean and maintain, and several report that it has held up well after years of heavy use. For fishing boats and working decks, that combination of durability and low upkeep is a recurring point in the feedback.

Customer service is another consistent theme. Reviewers name Brandon and his crew in their five-star reviews and describe a willingness to go above and beyond for clients. That level of attention appears in comments from boat owners across the different vessel types the business serves.

The business works with a range of boat owners in the Jacksonville area and the surrounding North Florida waters, including the St. Johns River, the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic coastal communities. Their customers include weekend boaters looking for more comfortable and secure footing, anglers who need reliable traction while fishing, and yacht owners considering synthetic decking. Benefits the business associates with their products include reduced maintenance, improved drainage and cushioned comfort on long days on the water.

For boat owners comparing options, the details of a project depend on the vessel, the areas to be covered and the materials chosen. Pricing is not listed, so owners who want to know the cost of a specific installation should ask the business for an estimate. Because the process begins with detailed measurement of the boat, an estimate is tied to the actual dimensions and layout of the deck.

Aqua Traction of North Florida is one of the Jacksonville-area options for boat owners seeking custom synthetic decking and flooring. Their review profile points to consistent installation quality, durable and easy-to-maintain materials, and a team that is professional and punctual.
