Annapolis Yacht

Annapolis Yacht is a yacht brokerage based in Annapolis, Maryland. The firm is led by broker Ezra Androus and works as an international yacht brokerage, guiding vessel owners and buyers through high-value marine transactions. On Boatwork, the business is listed for Marine Vessel Documentation, Boat Surveying & Inspection, and Yacht Management.

Their team represents both buyers and sellers. The vessels they handle include motor yachts, sport yachts, center consoles, and long-range cruising vessels. Their work covers the Chesapeake Bay and extends beyond it.

The brokerage handles a range of builders. These include Benetti superyachts, Sunseeker Predator sport yachts, Cruisers Yachts Cantius cruisers, Horizon motoryachts, Valhalla center consoles, and Palm Beach Motor Yachts. For these vessels, the firm provides structured market valuations and oversight of the transaction.

Annapolis Yacht's brokerage work is closely tied to yacht management and marine vessel documentation. Ownership transitions involve title assessments, registration paperwork, and closing logistics, and their team works to keep each of these steps accurate from start to finish.

Buying or selling a luxury cruiser or yacht also touches on technical marine matters. Representing a client well calls for an understanding of mechanical integrity, bottom painting and antifouling needs, hull maintenance histories, and haul-out inspection readiness. To address these areas, Annapolis Yacht works with marine surveyors, service yards, and technical specialists. The aim is for buyers and sellers to understand a vessel's systems, its mechanical propulsion configuration, and the maintenance it is likely to need.

The firm's location in Annapolis connects regional Chesapeake Bay boaters with yachting destinations around the world. Their work serves the mid-Atlantic boating community, with a focus on complex yacht acquisitions and premium brokerage listings.
