Giannis’s journey in the tourism and hospitality industry began at the age of 14, when he worked as a waiter, bartender, and restaurant manager. These early experiences instilled in him a strong work ethic and a genuine love for providing exceptional service — qualities that continue to define his approach at sea. Beyond sailing, Giannis has also worked professionally as an actor, often performing in children’s theatre during the winter months. This creative side has given him a remarkable ability to connect with people, read the mood on board, and create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for his guests. Cook/Steward Dimitris Parnos Dimitris is a dedicated Greek chef and hospitality professional with extensive experience in culinary arts, luxury guest service, and event hosting. Passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences, he prepares fresh Mediterranean and international cuisine with a strong focus on quality, presentation, and guests' individual preferences. In addition to his culinary expertise, Dimitris has gained valuable hospitality experience, including supervising banquet dinners at the University of Oxford, where he developed excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. His ability to combine outstanding cuisine with warm, attentive service ensures that every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
