SISU
Overview
Accommodations
SISU is a 2019 Leopard 45 based in the Virgin Islands, owner-operated and maintained in pristine, “everything-in-its-place” condition. Designed for an intimate escape, she offers the perfect setting for two couples or a small family seeking personalized service. Leopard’s signature oversized forward cockpit provides a shaded, boom-free lounge for relaxing underway or at anchor, while the aft cockpit is ideal for easy meals and sunset toasts. A raised helm keeps the captain connected to the conversation, and fresh, chef-prepared meals, water toys, and onboard scuba diving for certified guests complete the experience. Accommodating up to 4 guests, SISU offers 2 queen cabins, each with a private ensuite. The aft queen bed measures approximately 5’3” wide, while the forward queen bed measures approximately 5’1” wide and is slightly longer for additional sleeping comfort. Private, polished, and genuinely personal, SISU is the kind of yacht that quietly raises your vacation standards.

Crew information
Captain: Frik Olivier Crew: Petro van Biljoen Captain Frik and Chef/First Mate Petro bring an unforgettable combination of global adventure, creative hospitality, and larger-than-life personality to every charter. Click each crew profile to learn more about their background, experience, and personal story. Captain: Frik Olivier Captain Frik Olivier Captain Frik’s journey began on a farm, where childhood days riding tractors eventually gave way to an accomplished career in technology. After earning a PhD in computers, management, and information systems, he built and sold a successful company by the age of 27 before trading boardrooms for life on the water. An avid traveler, Frik has explored 106 countries, including 24 by sailboat. He is a certified Rescue Diver and Divemaster, as well as a WWII warbird pilot with a passion for paragliding and ultralight aviation. His adventures have produced an endless collection of stories, including the memorable occasion when his tent became makeshift furniture for an elephant. Frik also writes novels, develops sailing applications, and co-produces a popular sailing YouTube channel with more than 16,000 subscribers. Cocktail hour, however, is where his enthusiasm truly takes center stage. A dedicated tiki historian and mixologist, Frik roasts his own spices, makes falernum and syrups from scratch, and hand-squeezes every lime. He recreates authentic tiki recipes from the 1930s and 1940s, serving each drink with the fascinating history behind it. His sundowners are equal parts craft cocktail, storytelling, and memorable entertainment. Chef/First Mate: Petro van Biljoen Chef Petro van Biljoen Before beginning her life at sea, Chef Petro built and operated two successful insurance brokerages. She later traded corporate life for sailing, learning from the ground up and quickly logging more than 36,000 nautical miles. An adventurous spirit, Petro has driven four-wheel-drive vehicles through crocodile-inhabited rivers, flown gyrocopters above running antelope, and experienced high-G aerobatic maneuvers in an Extra 300 stunt plane. Despite her appetite for adrenaline, she is equally known for her warmth, thoughtful hospitality, and ability to make guests feel genuinely cared for. In the galley, Petro approaches every plate as a work of art. Her cuisine features vibrant colors, microgreens, edible flowers, and rich layers of flavor, with influences ranging from Caribbean-Thai fusion to creative tropical desserts. Her dishes are adventurous yet comforting and designed to make every meal feel special. Petro also creates three immersive themed dinners each week. Italian Night features handmade pasta and tiramisu, Moroccan Night surrounds guests with fragrant spices and colorful lanterns, and Pirates of the Caribbean Night brings playful décor, costumes, and a seafood feast to the table. Her creativity, attention to detail, and heartfelt service transform dining into a highlight of the charter experience.
