After working in professional kitchens in Spain and across the Mediterranean, Dimitris transitioned into the yachting world, where he has spent several seasons as chef aboard sailing yachts and catamarans. His cuisine focuses on fresh Mediterranean flavors, combining Greek and Italian influences with seasonal ingredients and locally inspired seafood dishes.
