With a Master of Yachts 200 certification and strong technical knowledge, he excels in safe navigation, vessel maintenance, and guest-focused operations. His background spans charter and private yachts across the Mediterranean, USA, and the Bahamas, where he has overseen everything from tender driving and water sports to complex shipyard projects. Known for his problem-solving skills, adaptability, and hands-on leadership, Xander brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to every role. His passion for the sea, coupled with expertise in fishing, fitness, and watersports, makes him a dynamic and reliable asset to both owners and guests. Tayla-Jane Hansen | South African Chef / Stewardess Tayla-Jane is from South Africa and brings a lifelong passion for hospitality, exceptional guest service, and cuisine. Raised in a family immersed in the safari and lodge industry, she developed a strong appreciation for creating memorable guest experiences from an early age. Energetic, hardworking, and team-oriented, she thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys combining her love of service, cooking, and the outdoors to ensure every charter is unforgettable. Adam Treco | Bahamian Mate/Deckhand Adam Treco, a 26-year-old native of Freeport, Grand Bahama, was born and raised in the Bahamas and has spent his life surrounded by the beauty and energy of the ocean. From an early age, Adam developed a deep passion for the water and the many adventures it offers—spending countless hours fishing, fly fishing, spearfishing, and freediving in the pristine waters of the islands. Today, Adam channels that lifelong passion into his own charter company, where he specializes in delivering exceptional, personalized water-based experiences for his guests. With an intimate knowledge of the local waters, marine life, and hidden gems of the Bahamas, Adam takes pride in creating memorable, safe, and exciting excursions tailored to each group.
