PENNY JO is a 2022 44’ Bali sailing catamaran designed for bright, breezy charters with Bali’s signature indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Her fully air-conditioned salon opens wide to the aft cockpit as the rear wall lifts and side windows slide forward, creating one seamless alfresco living and dining space with panoramic views. The galley also connects directly to the forward cockpit, where a solid sun deck and dining area offer another inviting place to gather. Above, the flybridge features lounging, dining, and seating areas with sweeping 360° views, while the aft cockpit provides additional space for relaxed meals and easy island afternoons. Accommodating up to 6 guests, PENNY JO offers 3 queen cabins, each with a queen bed measuring approximately 5’ wide by 6’6” long. Every guest cabin includes a private ensuite electric head, dry stall shower, sink, vanity, and individually controlled A/C for personalized comfort. Light-filled, social, and beautifully livable, PENNY JO makes every day feel like the best day. Crew accommodations are in a separate queen cabin with a private head.

Captain: Martin Crew: Suzana Captain Martin and Chef/First Mate Suzana combine a shared passion for sailing, travel, and hospitality to create unforgettable charters aboard PENNY JO. Together, they have spent years exploring the Mediterranean, Adriatic, Caribbean, Australia, French Polynesia, the Canary Islands, and the Atlantic and Aegean Seas. They also owned and extensively cruised their own Beneteau 345 sailboat for five years. Their broad sailing experience, genuine warmth, and love of discovering new cultures shape every charter. Martin’s calm leadership and technical background pair naturally with Suzana’s creative cuisine and thoughtful hospitality, creating a relaxed, welcoming experience as they introduce guests to the spectacular beauty of the Exuma Cays. Captain: Martin Captain Martin Captain Martin began his career aboard sailboats before expanding his experience across a variety of yachts, sailing vessels, and catamarans. For many years, he has navigated seas and oceans as a professional licensed captain, earning a reputation for his positive attitude, calm leadership, and ability to create safe, enjoyable charter experiences that keep guests returning. Before pursuing yachting full-time, Martin worked as an engineer, a background that provides valuable technical expertise in maintaining and managing vessels. His combination of seamanship and engineering knowledge helps ensure every charter is smooth, safe, and stress-free. Beyond sailing, Martin enjoys freediving and swimming, embracing every opportunity to connect with the marine world. He believes every day at sea brings new experiences and challenges, and he takes great pride in sharing the beauty of the ocean with guests while creating memories that last long after the voyage ends. Chef: Suzana Chef Suzana Chef Suzana is a passionate sailor, enthusiastic cook, and dedicated host who brings warmth, creativity, and endless energy to every charter. Her love of the sea and nature began in childhood and inspired her to embrace life aboard alongside Martin. Suzana first learned to cook in her mother’s kitchen and has continued refining her skills through self-study and additional culinary courses. She enjoys experimenting with new recipes and views cooking as a creative expression, combining beautiful presentation with fresh flavors inspired by her travels. Her passion for exploring new cultures continually influences her cuisine, while several years working in the hospitality industry helped develop the attentive service and professionalism guests consistently appreciate. Known for her hospitality, organization, and attention to detail, Suzana creates an inviting onboard atmosphere where every meal feels personal and memorable.
