Crew: Ivan Grabovac, Nikolina Petričević Skipper: Ivan Grabovac Ivan Grabovac, born 1985 in Rijeka, Croatia where he graduated Faculty of Maritime Studies. Since a young age he developed interest for the sea and sailing. He start sailing in sailing club at age of 10, and progress through different classes to professional sailor. Ivan was representing Croatia on several State, European and World Championships with notable results. He started working as a professional skipper in 2004 on sailing and motor boats, catamarans, as well as sailing instructor. Ivan is certified Yacht Master and holds D2 Basic Safety, GMDSS and ECDIS (STCW) certificates. With his experience as a professional skipper he gained noteworthy navigational experience, excellent communication and relationship skills to provide nice and relaxing time on board. He is fluent English speaker with excellent knowledge of Adriatic coast, history, restaurants and wine tasting routes. Ivan is very patient and approachable person which makes him pleasant to be on board. He likes to entertain kids with water toys, which we have on board, and parents likes him also very much because can fully relax as well 🙂 WHAT MAKES HIM HAPPY BESIDE WORK: He is very keen to develop existing and adopt new skills, he likes to travel and establish new friendships however reading is one of his top hobbies. Hostess / Cook: Nikolina Petričević Nikolina Petričević was born in 2001 in Croatia and is currently a fifth-year student at the Faculty of Kinesiology, specializing in sailing. She is an active and adventurous person who spends most of her free time outdoors, engaging in all kinds of physcal activities such as running, kayaking, hiking, cycling, etc. Her love for nature and movement is a defining part of her character. She loves cooking and takes great joy in preparing meals that bring happiness to those around her. Additionally, she is organized, detail-oriented, and self-reliant in her work. Nikolina has a natural affinity for working with children, who are drawn to her warm and energetic personality. Her ability to combine physical activity, hospitality, and culinary skills ensures that guests and crew members feel comfortable, well-fed, and entertained. WHAT MAKES HER HAPPY BESIDE WORK: Nikolina enjoys exploring new places, discovering hidden nature spots, and spending quality time with friends and family. Cooking for loved ones and seeing them enjoy her meals is one of her greatest pleasures. For demanding clients we suggest to upgrade APA credit to double. APA will be accounted as "money on transfer" in accordance with the provisions of Article 33, Paragraph 3 of the Croatia VAT Act. For APA we will provide client / agency a separate special IBAN LT663250075601532907. For APA service will be charge bank and manipulation fee 1%. Hostess/Cook 1.700 EUR / week: - Prepare breakfast, small lunch and dinner (maximum 3 dinners, for more can individually clients agree with the crew), shopping groceries, washing dishes, cleaning the catamaran (cockpit, saloon, cabins, toilets) and helping the skipper with docking/start the catamaran, planning and provisioning of food and drinks for the beginning of the charter. Maximum for 8 clients (one client extra is +100 EUR/week). Hostess/Cook is a professional permanent crew on the catamaran, with a season contract. Hostess/Cook is an external service provider (charter company is only service intermediary), direct billing to the hostess/cook on the first day of the Charter or 10 working days on her company IBAN before the Charter. Hostess/Cook require her own cabin/front-peak. Clients are taking care of hostess/cook food and non alcohol drinks during the entire charter. Chef 2.000 EUR / week: - Full board cooking (maximum 6x - breakfast, lunch and dinner), including special Seafood and Mediterranean menu, shopping groceries, washing dishes, cleaning the catamaran (cockpit, saloon, cabins, toilets) and helping the skipper with docking/start the catamaran, planning and provisioning of food and drinks for the beginning of the charter. Maximum for 8 clients (one client extra is +100 EUR/week). Chef is a professional permanent crew on the catamaran, with a season contract. Our chefs are usually ladies or gentlemens with 5+ years cooking experience on crewed charter catamarans.
