Having completed a sommelier course and formal education in nutrition, Vanesa brings a thoughtful and creative approach to onboard dining, focusing on balanced, flavorful meals adapted to guests preferences and dietary requirements. Cooking for her is not just a task, but an essential part of social connection and shared moments at sea with strong focus on Dalmatian cuisine. Deeply connected to the nautical lifestyle, Vanesa feels most at home on the water. Her passion for sailing, scuba diving, freediving and an active lifestyle naturally blends into life on board, allowing her to fully support smooth daily operations while contributing to a relaxed and elegant atmosphere for the clients. APA is not an all-inclusive package. APA is a credit which can be spent to zero with demanding clients in 2-3 days and need to be recharged by the clients. For demanding clients we suggest to upgrade APA credit to double. APA will be accounted as "money on transfer" in accordance with the provisions of Article 33, Paragraph 3 of the Croatia VAT Act. For APA we will provide client / agency a separate special IBAN LT663250075601532907. For APA service will be charge bank and manipulation fee 1%. Hostess/Cook 1.700 EUR / week: - Prepare breakfast, small lunch and dinner (maximum 3 dinners, for more can individually clients agree with the crew), shopping groceries, washing dishes, cleaning the catamaran (cockpit, saloon, cabins, toilets) and helping the skipper with docking/start the catamaran, planning and provisioning of food and drinks for the beginning of the charter. Maximum for 8 clients (one client extra is +100 EUR/week). Hostess/Cook is a professional permanent crew on the catamaran, with a season contract. Hostess/Cook is an external service provider (charter company is only service intermediary), direct billing to the hostess/cook on the first day of the Charter or 10 working days on her company IBAN before the Charter. Hostess/Cook require her own cabin/front-peak. Clients are taking care of hostess/cook food and non alcohol drinks during the entire charter. Chef 2.000 EUR / week: - Full board cooking (maximum 6x - breakfast, lunch and dinner), including special Seafood and Mediterranean menu, shopping groceries, washing dishes, cleaning the catamaran (cockpit, saloon, cabins, toilets) and helping the skipper with docking/start the catamaran, planning and provisioning of food and drinks for the beginning of the charter. Maximum for 8 clients (one client extra is +100 EUR/week). Chef is a professional permanent crew on the catamaran, with a season contract. Chef is an external service provider (charter company is only service intermediary), direct billing to the chef on the first day of the Charter or 10 working days on her/his company IBAN before the Charter. Chef require own cabin/front-peak. Clients are taking care of chef food and non alcohol drinks during the entire charter. Our chefs are usually ladies or gentlemens with 5+ years cooking experience on crewed charter catamarans.
