Max 15% commissions please. Additional Conditions: 1. Taxes are included in the charter fee. 2. Smoking is not allowed inside the yacht, and is only allowed on the transoms or other areas designated by the captain. 3. Children are to be under the direct supervision of an adult in the charter party at all times and are not the responsibility of the crew. 4. The Charterer acknowledges the entry protocols for the British Virgin Islands as they exist on the date of execution of this agreement. 5. Inability to obtain any required visas or travel documents on the part of the Charterer does not constitute a cause for cancellation. 6. Charterer acknowledges that only contracted guests are to sail and dine aboard the yacht and have use of onboard water sports equipment. 7. The customary gratuity for the crew at the end of the charter (typically 15% to 20% of the charter fee) is not included in the charter fee.
