Captain: ANDREAS FARAKOUKIS Crew: Melanie Ballouard Captain Andreas Farakoukis Captain Andreas is a passionate and experienced sailor who has been connected to the sea from a very young age. Having started sailing as a child and competing in various classes, his love for the ocean naturally evolved into a professional career. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience as a skipper across different regions of Greece, from the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea to the unique seas of the Saronic & Cyclades. His calm personality, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail make guests feel safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout the journey. Andreas combines professionalism with a warm and easy-going attitude, always aiming to create a smooth and enjoyable experience onboard. Whether it’s finding the perfect hidden bay for a swim, organizing the daily itinerary based on weather conditions, or ensuring everything runs seamlessly, he is fully dedicated to delivering memorable holidays. He speaks English fluently and communicates effortlessly with international guests, making everyone feel welcome from the very first moment onboard. Outside of sailing, Andreas enjoys outdoor activities and has a strong connection with nature. He is also a food lover, with a preference for Mediterranean cuisine—especially fresh seafood, grilled fish, and traditional Greek dishes. His favorite moments are sunset dinners by the sea, combining good food, great company, and the beauty of the Greek islands.
