Prior to this, she was Chef/First Mate on a BALI 5.4, combining high-level food service with involvement in vessel operations and deck work. Her experience also includes freelance yacht chef roles in the Mediterranean and a delivery from Grenada to the BVI aboard SY LOLA, contributing to watchkeeping and onboard safety. Milou’s background is further strengthened by extensive land-based chef roles in restaurants, private catering, and farm cooking, giving her a versatile and creative culinary style.
