Job Description Philippe is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew, and guests. With her extensive yachting experience, Helene brings a unique blend of culinary expertise and impeccable hospitality to every charter experience. Her journey in the culinary world began at the renowned Bar à Huîtres "La Perle" in Noirmoutier en l’Ile, where she honed her skills as a Chef de Rang. From there, she ventured into the alpine luxury scene, serving as a receptionist at Club Vacanciel in Courchevel, Savoie. Helene's passion for service led her to prestigious roles as a Majordomo at Chalet Tahoe in Courchevel and as a Chef de Rang at Restaurant Le Grand Bé in Saint Malo. She further expanded her repertoire as a chef at Restaurant Le Jules Vernes in Brest, before embarking on international adventures in Belarus.
