Crew information

Crew: Federico & Camille Captain Federico For Federico, sailing is more than a profession—it's the lifestyle he chose years ago and continue to pursue around the world. Having sailed extensively throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean, he enjoys sharing the freedom, adventure, and unique perspective that life at sea offers. Naturally curious and easy-going, Federico loves helping guests get the most from their time on the water. Some prefer to sit back and relax, while others enjoy learning about sailing, taking the helm, spotting marine life, or discovering hidden anchorages away from the crowds. He enjoys adapting each charter to the personalities and interests of the guests on board. Known for his calm approach and approachable nature, Federico strives to create an atmosphere where guests feel comfortable, welcome, and completely at ease. Whether it's an active week of island-hopping and watersports or a slower-paced escape between beautiful Caribbean anchorages, his goal is simple: to help guests create memories they'll be talking about long after the charter ends. Chef & Host Camille Camille brings warmth, creativity, and a genuine love of hosting to life aboard Kismet. With a background in hospitality and a natural ability to make people feel welcome, she helps create the relaxed atmosphere that turns a great trip into a memorable vacation. Inspired by her travels and love of good food, Camille enjoys preparing fresh, flavorful dishes tailored to guests' preferences, dietary requirements, and tastes. From leisurely breakfasts overlooking a quiet bay to relaxed lunches between adventures and elegant dinners under the stars, she believes that sharing good food is one of the highlights of any charter experience. Friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile, Camille takes pride in the small details that help guests feel cared for throughout their stay. Her positive energy and thoughtful service ensure that every guest feels right at home from the moment they step aboard. Together, Federico and Camille share a love of travel, sailing, good food, and life on the water. Their complementary personalities and shared enthusiasm for hosting create a welcoming atmosphere aboard Kismet, where guests can feel comfortable, relaxed, and free to enjoy their vacation at their own pace. Whether exploring secluded beaches, snorkeling vibrant reefs, enjoying sunset cocktails on deck, or sailing between the islands of the British Virgin Islands, they work closely together to create experiences that feel personal rather than scripted. Their goal is not simply to deliver a charter itinerary, but to help guests experience the very best of the Caribbean while creating lasting memories with family and friends.
