When she was not enjoying the outdoors, she spent time at her family’s restaurant in Hoboken, New Jersey, where her appreciation for fresh, quality food first began. Zara’s professional background has always been rooted in restaurants and hospitality. She brings more than 15 years of bartending experience, along with five years in luxury concierge services, where she worked closely with high-profile New York City restaurants, planned extravagant events, and helped run private spas and gyms. When Zara was ready for a change of pace, she found the perfect way to combine her love of hospitality and the water by joining the yachting industry.
