With over a decade of experience in fine dining restaurants, luxury villas, and high-end yachts across Greece, Vasileios specializes in Mediterranean and international cuisine, delivering bespoke menus designed around guests’ tastes and dietary preferences. He combines creativity with precision, offering beautifully presented dishes, thoughtful wine pairings, and a seamless dining atmosphere onboard.
