Captain: Tyler Haley Captain Tyler Haley Captain Tyler was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where a lifelong connection to the ocean began at an early age. Surrounded by a vibrant boating culture, Tyler naturally gravitated toward a career on the water and has since built a well-rounded resume operating both sailing and motor yachts. His experience also includes serving as First Mate aboard larger luxury vessels, where he refined his skills in navigation, vessel management, and guest service. Passionate about exploration and storytelling, Tyler spends his free time traveling, fishing, diving into watersports, and capturing his journeys through photography and video. His creativity and adventurous spirit shine both behind the lens and at the helm. What Tyler enjoys most about chartering is the opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for his guests—introducing them to hidden gems, sharing local insights, and blending safety with fun to deliver a seamless and inspiring time at sea. Chef/First Mate: Stephanie Nilsson Chef Stephanie Nilsson Hailing from Sweden’s picturesque west coast, Chef Steph grew up surrounded by the sea, spending her summers sailing aboard her family’s boat. From a young age, she developed a passion for both life on the water and cooking, inspired by countless hours in the kitchen alongside her father. Those early experiences sparked a lasting appreciation for meals prepared with love, flavor, and intention. Steph’s culinary style is guided by seasonality and the bounty of nature. She prioritizes fresh, locally sourced ingredients and draws inspiration from what is available in the moment, creating dishes that celebrate simplicity, vibrant flavors, and natural produce. With a diploma in gastronomy and nutrition, along with several professional cooking courses, she is dedicated to preparing light, healthy, and flavorful meals that nourish both body and soul. For Steph, cooking is a lifelong journey of creativity and curiosity. She brings that same passion to every charter, continually expanding her knowledge while creating memorable dining experiences tailored to her guests. Outside the galley, Steph enjoys outdoor adventures, staying active, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
