Based in Sardinia, he combines strong technical expertise, including rigging, electronics installation, and sail repair, with proven leadership on board. Job Description: Giovanni is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew and guests. He ensures the safe and efficient operation of the yacht at all times, including compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies. She has carried out full detailing of guest areas, with a strong focus on high-end finishes such as chrome, marble, and leather, while also assisting with deck washdowns and general maintenance. Her Powerboat Level 2 certification allows her to support tender handling. This is complemented by a background in upscale hospitality, enabling her to deliver efficient and attentive guest service under pressure. Job Description As a Deckhand/Stewardess, Aimee supports both interior and exterior operations, ensuring high standards across all areas onboard. Her duties include guest area maintenance, housekeeping, service assistance, as well as deck tasks such as cleaning, mooring support, and tender handling. She has gained onboard experience aboard SYLENE (LAGOON 77), assisting with seasonal yacht preparation, guest service, cabin preparation, provisioning, and mooring operations. She also sailed aboard PYCHOLINE (12m sailing yacht), supporting navigation, anchoring, mooring, and provisioning, and aboard GHIBLI II (GUY COUACH 7M), where she developed practical seamanship skills during her CMP training, including docking, mooring, and navigation assistance. Prior to entering yachting, Célia built over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and customer relations, alongside hospitality roles as a restaurant owner and waitress, giving her an excellent foundation in guest service, organisation, and discretion. Job Description Célia is responsible for delivering a high standard of guest service while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the yacht's interior. Her duties include housekeeping, cabin preparation, laundry, table service, bar management, provisioning, and assisting with guest requests. She also supports the deck team during mooring, anchoring, and docking operations, helping ensure the safe and efficient operation of the yacht while providing an exceptional onboard experience.
