Working side by side has allowed us to develop a strong understanding of each other’s roles and create a smooth, efficient and professional onboard experience for our guests. Captain: Toni Kafadar Originally from Croatia, Captain Toni brings over nine years of professional experience aboard sailing yachts and catamarans ranging from 40 to 60 feet. His career includes guest charters along the Croatian coast and international yacht deliveries between France and Croatia, giving him experience in coastal cruising, offshore navigation, and longer passages. Toni holds Yachtmaster A and Category C qualifications, has completed D2 Basic Safety Training, and earned a degree in Tourism and Hospitality. This combination of maritime training and hospitality education supports his focus on safe vessel operations and attentive guest service. His practical experience covers passage planning, weather routing, docking, and anchoring in busy marinas and varied sea conditions. He also oversees vessel safety procedures, technical checks, and routine maintenance, helping keep the yacht prepared throughout each charter. For guests, Toni coordinates onboard activities and water sports while managing the daily details of the voyage. Fluent in English, he can help guests feel comfortable aboard, whether they are experienced sailors or enjoying their first yacht vacation. His own interests include kitesurfing and spearfishing, reflecting a love of spending time on and in the water. With a background that combines hands-on yacht handling, charter service, and offshore sailing, Toni brings a practical approach to creating safe, enjoyable holidays at sea. Chef: Hana Druzic Chef Hana is one of the most well-rounded chefs in the industry, specializing in mediterranean and international cuisines, seafood, brunch, modern presentation, and desserts. She has tailored her culinary techniques to the luxury yacht charter industry, and further tailors this to each group of guests that step on board.
