Having commanded a variety of sailing yachts and catamarans, he ensures a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience on board BARON. His in-depth familiarity with both the Aegean and Ionian allows him to design well-balanced itineraries, combining iconic destinations with secluded bays and authentic island experiences. With a background in mechanical engineering and service in the Hellenic Navy, Theodore brings strong technical expertise and a high standard of operational reliability. Holding an RYA Yachtmaster Certificate along with additional sailing and safety qualifications, he is committed to excellence at sea. Guests value his warm personality, professionalism, and calm confidence, making every charter both seamless and memorable. Chef: Dimitris Apostolou Dimitris is the onboard chef of BARON, bringing refined culinary expertise and a passion for Mediterranean cuisine to every charter. His style is centered around fresh, high-quality ingredients, creating balanced and elegant dishes inspired by both Greek and international gastronomy. With a professional background in modern Mediterranean kitchens, he combines traditional flavors with contemporary techniques, offering menus that are both authentic and sophisticated.
