His career has taken him from deckhand roles to captaining yachts both in the Mediterranean and in the British Virgin Islands. Calm, confident, and highly skilled, Giacomo ensures a safe and seamless journey while sharing his love of sailing with every guest on board. Nicole brings warmth, precision, and Mediterranean flair to every meal she creates. Since 2022, she has worked as a yacht chef in both the Mediterranean and the British Virgin Islands, drawing inspiration from each destination, to craft vibrant gourmet dishes. Nicole’s sunny personality makes her a joy to be around and her creative spirit shines through in her cuisine. When they’re not delighting guests, Giacomo and Nicole share a love for outdoor adventure. Whether it’s snorkeling vibrant reefs, hiking scenic trails, or surfing hidden coves, their enthusiasm for nature adds a vibrant, personal touch to every trip.
