His maritime journey began at a young age, and his passion for sailing only grew stronger over time. This enthusiasm led him to become a professional sailing coach at yacht clubs and in Olympic classes, amassing over 5,000 nautical miles in races since 1998. Nikos’ extensive experience working with children as a coach has honed his natural leadership skills. He is known for his innovative thinking, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. With a warm smile and a firm handshake, he welcomes passengers aboard Aether. Nikos is a native Greek speaker and is also fluent in English. Chef: Alexandros Noulis Chef Alexandros is a highly skilled and experienced Chef with an extensive background in the culinary arts. His diverse experience includes working in renowned restaurants, private villas, luxury yachts, and high-end hotels across Greece. Alexandros is known for his exceptional ability to create exquisite and diverse dishes, tailored to meet the specific dietary needs and preferences of his guests.
