Ask for a sample menu and have a direct conversation about dietary needs before booking. Confirm what is included in the rate, how the advance provisioning allowance is reconciled, whether dockage and gratuity are separate, and how the captain handles weather changes. Crew fit matters as much as the yacht, especially with children aboard.
